My background spans HOA financial operations, resale documentation, and property management technology, working closely with boards, lenders, title companies, and industry partners. Through this work, I’ve seen where traditional management breaks down—when communication is inconsistent, financials are unclear, and systems don’t scale as communities grow.
That experience shaped how TrueNorth operates: structured processes, clear reporting, and systems designed to support boards before issues become problems.
